The theory of relativity as it applies to bicycles and cycling
When you are cycling to work, and you know you are probably late, you bicycle will seem to move at it’s slowest ever pace, and every car passing you moves at rocket speed.
When you are from work, heading home, and have no hurry, because you left work early; your bike moves like a yacht on cruise speed.
Yes, the little pedaling you do seems to catapult you quite far, even on the uphill. And the cars that moved like rockets, now they just fart on the highway, stuck in a traffic jam, and their drivers are…
Well, they are sticking their necks outside the window, looking for a way out of that mess.
Don’t think anything changed, they will probably still get ahead of you when the traffic jam eases on Thika Road, but till then, its time to think about the theory of relatively and what else it might be affecting in your life and  your perceptions of life events.
